Report Child Abuse
If you believe that a child has been abused or neglected, report your concerns to the Dodge County Human Services and Health Department. You can contact the Department at 920-386-3750 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The names and identifying information of reporters is kept confidential by this agency, however, a person may report child protection concerns anonymously.

Report Adult Abuse
If the abuse is occurring within Dodge County, Wisconsin, and is not occurring in a State Licensed Facility, call the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) at 920-386-3580 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. After hours, please free to leave a message. If the situation is an emergency, contact the Dodge County Sheriff’s department at 920-386-3726 or your local law enforcement office.
If the abuse or neglect is occurring in a Wisconsin State Licensed Facility, call the Ombudsman for the Elderly and Disabled at 1-800-815-0015.
If the abuse or neglect is occurring outside of Dodge County, Wisconsin, call the Eldercare Locator at 1-800-677-1116.
