The Dodge County Register in Probate oversees adoption, estate and guardianship cases for the county. Assistance is available for individuals by calling our office and scheduling an appointment.

1. The Wisconsin Statutes have several chapters regarding Probate Procedures — look especially in Chapters 851–882. For assistance, visit www.wripa.org. For forms, visit www.wicourts.gov.

2. Probate records can be viewed online at www.wicourts.gov. Go to the case search section to see if an estate is pending, the name of the personal representative, the final date for filing claims, whether the inventory has been filed, and if the case is still open.
