REQUEST SUMMARY:

Dodge County hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received at Dodge County for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for Dodge County - Courthouse Chiller Replacement. The work for which bids are asked includes the following:

The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the PROJECT at Dodge County – Courthouse located at 210 W Center Street, Juneau, WI 53039 respectively. The bid will include the removal and replacement of one air-cooled chiller at the Dodge County Courthouse. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction. The mechanical contractor shall act as the general prime contractor.

NOTES: 

      Dodge County is tax exempt municipality under Section 77.54(9a)(b), Wis. Stats.
