Astico Park

Astico Park (100 Acres) consists of developed and natural areas on the historic Danville Mill Pond of the Crawfish River about 3 miles east of the City of Columbus in the southwestern part of Dodge County. The park is split by the river and connected by the historic Ninabuck and Scofield Bridges. The main park entrance is just south of Hwy 60 at N3620 Hwy TT.

The park offers 60 campsites, shower and restroom facilities including a 6-stall shower building, potable water and a dump station.  Vistors can enjoy the Astico Castle Playground, wooded hiking trails, open play fields and extensive river shoreline ideal for fishing and wildlife viewing.  Canoes and kayaks are available for rent with a close and convenient launch area.

Winter visitors can enjoy approximately 4 miles of groomed trails. Whether you're camping, hiking, paddling, or simply relaxing by the water, Astico Park offers something for everyone in a scenic, family-friendly setting. For more information and pictures of the winter trails visit the Parks Winter Trails Conditions page.
