Permits are required for new driveway installations or removals, driveway use change, modifications to existing driveways including paving driveways, temporary driveways, and drain tile installations in highway right-of-way.
Highway access applications are not available online. The property owner must meet with Highway Department personnel to review the request on site at which time the application will be completed. Please call us at 920-386-3650 to schedule an appointment.
If paying by check, the fee is due at the time the application is completed. Credit cards are accepted by phone only; they cannot be taken on site. There is a 2.65% fee or $3.00 minimum.
