We have a multitude of information and offerings through our website - refer to the Division links below or on the left menu bar for services available. Many of our forms are fillable and can be emailed or printed and mailed to the office. Feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

Code Administration (Zoning & Sanitary) - responsible for administration of the Land Use (Zoning) Code, Sanitary, Shoreland, Subdivision, Floodplain, Non-Metallic Mining and Airport Zoning Ordinances.
Land Information - responsible for maintenance and distribution of land information databases (including ownership, assessment and addressing), tax parcel mapping, and maintenance of PLSS monuments and survey records. The county geographic information system (GIS) provides mapping, data development and web-based services throughout the county and for the public.
Parks and Trails - operate and maintain a county-wide system of primarily resource oriented parks, trails and open space areas that provide safe and accessible recreational opportunities to meet the health and enjoyment needs of the citizens of Dodge County and its visitors. Administer winter ATV and snowmobile trail programs.
Planning and Economic Development - responsible for maintaining the County Comprehensive Plan, administers the Farmland Preservation Program, provides planning assistance to local municipalities; Economic Development activities include: work with ThriveED, manage the revolving loan program, work on community development initiatives, and cooperates in tourism development.
