Marriage License

Where to apply:

Wisconsin residents may apply at the County Clerk’s Office in any County in the State of Wisconsin.  Marriages may be performed in any county in Wisconsin. 

If you plan on getting your license in here in Dodge County, marriage license applications are taken at:

First Floor Administration Building
127 E. Oak Street, Juneau WI 
Monday through Friday from 
8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. 

Both applicants must come to the office to apply. 

Access to the Administration Building is through the Miller Street entrance, which is on the East side of the building.  Appointments are not required. 

Please Note: Application must be made at least 4 days before a license is issued. Ceremony may take place on date license is issued or any time within 60 days thereafter.

The County Clerk's Office suggests application for a marriage license be made two or three weeks prior to the ceremony.
