As County Administrator, Cameron Clapper oversees Dodge County's leadership team. This team is comprised of nearly two-dozen individuals some of which are elected officials and all of which are dedicated public servants. These individuals are responsible for the day-to-day execution of county goals, tasks and commitments.
The leadership team meets frequently to discuss department projects, policy changes, county board meetings and budget. They also report important data, metrics, and issues to the County Administrator on a weekly basis.
