Looking for a heartfelt yet simple way to tie the knot? The Dodge County Courthouse offers a welcoming and memorable setting for your special day.
Court Commissioner, Steven Seim, is here to help make your ceremony meaningful and stress-free. Marriage ceremonies are available during courthouse hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., giving you the flexibility to find a time that works best for you. Please call 920-386-3543 to schedule. Cost for a courthouse wedding is $50, cash only, payable to the County Clerk's office on the day of the ceremony.
Please Note: You must have a marriage license before a marriage ceremony may be performed, and you must have the ceremony scheduled before applying for a license. There is a 4 day waiting period before a marriage may be performed. Please check the Dodge County Clerk's page for additional information on applying for a marriage license.
