The Dodge County Community Development Fund is a grant program established by Dodge County that reinvests local sales tax dollars into Dodge County’s towns, cities, and villages. This funding is awarded to local government entities to help bridge the financial gaps in projects that enhance infrastructure, promote economic growth, and improve the quality of life for residents.

Nate Olson, serves as a resource for current and prospective businesses, local communities, school districts, and residents. With over 22 years of experience, Nate has successfully engaged in rural-focused initiatives, addressing broadband infrastructure/childcare/housing needs, balancing urban and rural community objectives, leading the Manufacturing Business Alliance, facilitating school district and employer collaborations, city industrial expansions, recreational trail development, and county tourism activities. His efforts have provided successful models for replication in other communities.
