Outpatient Services

Outpatient Clinic

The Outpatient Clinic provides services to children, adolescents and adults who have a diagnosis of a mental health or a substance use disorder.

Included Services

• Initial assessment to include a social history and diagnostic interview to determine services needs. Individual, couple, and family therapy. 
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Case management services
• Assessment for inpatient mental health services such as psychiatric hospitalization with a need for stabilization of symptoms, adjustment of medications and return to community safety is indicated
• Alcohol and drug abuse treatment
• Counseling for addiction or abuse
• Assessment for contractual services such as medical detoxification and referral to halfway house/residential treatment
