Receiving Payments
There are two ways to receive your child support payments.
You may choose to get support via direct deposit or by the Wisconsin Way2Go Debit MasterCard.
You will automatically receive the Wisconsin Way2Go Debit MasterCard when the first child support payment is posted to your case, unless you have signed up for direct deposit. Within 2-3 business days you will receive a letter letting you now your card is coming. You will get your card 5-10 business days after you get the first letter. If no payment is made on your case, you will not get a card
