Purpose Statement
To enhance the standard of living for children by providing long-term financial and medical support for the family through establishing paternity, establishing support obligations, locating parents along with monitoring and enforcing those obligations.
Help is available for family law issues!
There is assistance for non-represented parties in family law cases in Dodge County. Attorneys are available either virtually or via phone on a bi-monthly basis.
The attorney is free of charge and can help address concerns and guide you through procedures. The attorney will not be able represent either party in court. An appointment is required to talk to an attorney. Please call the clerk of courts at 920-386-3570 to set up an appointment.
