Purpose Statement
To enhance the standard of living for children by providing long-term financial and medical support for the family through establishing paternity, establishing support obligations, locating parents along with monitoring and enforcing those obligations.
Help is available for family law issues!
There is assistance for non-represented parties in family law cases in Dodge County. An attorney is available on the first floor of the Dodge County Justice Facility in Room 1041.
The attorney is free of charge and will be there to address concerns you have and guide you through procedures. The attorney will not be able represent either party in court. An appointment is required to see the attorney. Please call the clerk of courts at 920-386-3570 to set up an appointment.
