Our Mission
The Dodge County Treatment Court's mission is to enhance public safety, improve lives, and reduce recidivism by addressing addictions of persons charged with or convicted of drug or alcohol related crimes through evidence-based treatment and case management.
About the Program
The Dodge County Adult Drug Treatment Court Program (DTC) and the Impaired Driving Court Program (IDC) are case managed, treatment based programs offered to selected non-violent offenders as an alternative to incarceration. DTC and IDC offers participants the opportunity to obtain addiction treatment and establish recovery to better their lives better by obtaining the skills and tools necessary to lead a productive, drug-free life. Often times, successful program completions lead to the dismissal of the criminal case(s). The community benefits from increased public safety, decreased crime and decreased criminal Justice costs.
