Dodge County consists of 29 lakes and many rivers that make up approximately 15,815 acres. To patrol this large water area, the Dodge County Sheriff's Office purchased a 17 foot Alumicraft boat during the summer of 2004. This purchase was made with grant money obtained from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
